By submitting a registration request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Registration requests are subject to availability and do not guarantee a place in a class until payment has been confirmed. Whole Swing Golf Academy and Sioux City Country Club reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at their discretion. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in golf instruction activities.
